All the coffee they serve is roasted on site by their dedicated team, using premium equipment. Coffee roasting is a mix between art and science, and I think they’re pretty good at finding the balance. From trees to roasting to served in a cup all in the one place. We take a guided tour by the owner, Tony, of the plantation and witness the coffee beans growing in the Tamborine sunshine and the viewing of the roasting factory.
